Added "Save and Stay" command buttons to all Export and Import Specification pages. This allows the user to save any pending changes without leaving the page, and will validate any user-defined formulas.

Created new "ODBC to SQL from Statement" and "ODBC to File from Statement" pages. These new pages can be used to create ODBC type exports using any valid ODBC statement instead of an actual table or view, and can support complex queries including computed columns and functions.

Changed the Export Specification Listing to show a "Yes" in the Net Change column for ODBC-type exports that use a Net Change Where clause.

Added a new Test command to the ODBC Connections page, making it easy to confirm that the connection is working correctly.

Added the ability to run one or more SSIS packages that are associated to a Kourier Service. There is a new "Run Packages" toolbar command that opens a new Run SSIS Packages window that allows selection of one or more of the associated SQL Exports on the Service and then to run its designated SSIS package.

Added a new Quick Filter for "Service" on the Export Specification Listing, Generate SSIS Packages list, and from the new Run Packages command with a Service. This improves export navigation when working with a large number of exports within an Integration, and especially when working with ODBC-type exports.

Added support for explicit Data Types to the Quick Start Workbench. The Analyze process will now generate the Schema file with a default data type based on the data profile. This data type can be changed if desired and will be used by any export specifications generated by the workbench.

Changed the Analyze command on the Quick Start Workbench page to automatically refresh the page to show the file status as "In Process" until the analyze process is complete. Once the analyze is complete the status will change to show "Analyzed".
