Item Master Definition Page
The Item Master Definition page opens when you click the link for an item master in the Item ID column on the Item Master Listing page. The following image shows an example of the Item Master page.
The Item Master Definition page contains the following elements.

UPC code for the item |

Stock UOM |
Stock Unit of Measurement for the item |

Price Unit of Measurement for the item |

Package Quantity |
Number of items included in the package |

Packaging Text |
Descriptive text of the packaging |
|
Unit Weight |
Total weight of the package |
|
Unit Cost |
Cost/retail pricing for the item |
|
Delivery Lead Time |
Displays the time period that item will be shipped in (in days). |
|
Configured Model |
Options are True or False. Indicates whether or not is an item that is configurable. |
|
Serial Controlled |
Options are True or False. Indicates whether or not an item has been serialized. |
|
Inventory Locations Tab |
|
|
Displays a list of warehouses or branches where inventory is found as well as inventory quantities. This data is accessed via the KS_INVENTORY API. When an item is purchased, inventory quantities will not be updated until the item has been shipped. |

Base Pricing Tab |
|
|
Displays base pricing for the item that is accessed via the KS_BASE_PRICES API. |

|
Access Groups Tab |
|
|
Allows you to view or specify Access Groups for this item listing. Customers that are not associated with the Access Group(s) you specify here will not be able to see this item when they browse your store. Refer to the Access Group Listing page for more information on Access Groups. |

Documents Tab |
|
|
Allows you to view or search for and add any associated documentation for this item listing. |
