Agency Listing Page
The Agency Listing page enables you to search for and view the agencies you have created in KommerceServer. You can also create a new agency from the Agency Listing page. Agencies defined are associated to the related business (i.e. your customer), a type and whether they are a selling agent, service agent, and/or store inventory in the case of consignment. The following image displays an example of the Agency Listing page.
The Agency Listing page contains the following elements.

Associated Business |
Allows you to view and search for an associated business. These businesses are exported from the ERP back office during integration. You can click the hyperlink for an associated business to view the home page for that business (see Agency Home Page for more information). Your own associated business is shown in this filter field by default. You may need to remove this filter if searching for all agencies. |

Agency Name |
Allows you to enter an agency name that you want to search for. |

Agency Type |
Allows you to select an agency type that you want to search for. |
|
Sales Agency |
Allows you to indicate whether or not the agency you want to search for is a sales agency. Options are (Any), No, or Yes. |

Service Agency |
Allows you to indicate whether or not the agency you want to search for is a service agency. Options are (Any), No, or Yes. |
|
Inventory Agency |
Allows you to indicate whether or not the agency you want to search for is an inventory agency. Options are (Any), No, or Yes. |

Search Button |
Click to search for an agency based on your search criteria. To search for all of your defined agencies, simply click the search button without entering any search criteria. |

Click to add a new agency. |
