Shopping List Definition

The Shopping List Definition page allows you to define a custom shopping list based on existing items in your shopping cart. This page opens when you click the New List From Cart... button on the Shopping Lists page. The following image shows an example of the Shopping List Definition page.

Perform the following steps to create a new shopping list definition.

  1. Enter a name for your shopping list in the Name field.
  2. If you want to make the list private, select the Make this list only available to me checkbox. If you do not select this checkbox, other members of your store will be able to view it.
  3. If you want to buy an item on your shopping list, select the checkbox next to the item you want to buy, and then click the Buy button. The item will be added to the shopping cart and you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page.
  4. Click the Save button to save your list.
  5. If you want to copy the items in your list to a new shopping list, click the Copy To List button. This will open the Copy To List page.
