Kourier Integrator Online Help
This process allows users to specify User Defined system literals that are used as substitution tags which can be included in any Kourier field that supports substitutions.
Use System Literals to define key data or strings that will be referenced within Kourier, yet are easy to change in one place should the data change. Examples: Company Name, Support Email, etc.
