Why is Kourier is not working in a new account I recently installed

Why don't I see any information displayed for my export specifications or other data?

Make sure that you are connected to a valid data source. Look in the upper right corner of the Kourier Integrator window for the "Connection:" label. There should be a something listed next to it. If not, follow these steps to connect to a valid data source.

  1. From the Administration menu, select Connections.

  2. From the Connections listing, click on "select" next to one of the names in the listing

    • You should be redirected by to the main title page and see the Kourier Integrator splash screen

    • Verify that you now see a connection name in the upper right corner next to the Connection: label in the main Kourier window.

  3. Now try to access your data, for example, from the Design Menu, select Export Specification Listing.

  4. If you continue to have trouble, contact support at Kore Technologies.
