KT_SERVICES/Service ID
Services must be defined before you can run a schedule.
None
Field Name | Description - Usage - Notes |
Line | Display only incremental line number. |
Interval | Select an interval from list of available choices. This will determine some of the choices you have for defining the schedule item. |
Run Once At |
Select a specific time from the list of available choices.
This will indicate exactly when the schedule will run. This
is the only option available when choosing a schedule
interval of Monthly or a specific day of the month. If you specify a Run Once At time, then you may not specify a Start Time, End Time or Frequency. |
Start Time |
Select the schedule start time from the list of available
choices. This is only available if the Interval is: Daily,
Weekdays, Weekends, or a specific day of the week (e.g.,
Monday - Sunday) If you specify a Start Time you must specify and End Time and Frequency. |
End Time |
Select the schedule end time from the list of available
choices. This is only available if the Interval is: Daily,
Weekdays, Weekends, or a specific day of the week (e.g.,
Monday - Sunday) If you specify a End Time you must specify and Start Time and Frequency. |
Frequency |
Select the time frequency from the list of available
choices. The frequency determines how often the schedule
runs. If you specify a Frequency, you must specify a Start
Time and an End Time.
For example, if the frequency selected is 00:15 then every 15 minutes the schedule will run when between the start and end times. This very useful when setting up a schedule to run services in Net Change export mode. |
Day of Month | Select the day of month to run the schedule. This is only available if the Interval is Monthly, or a specific month (e.g., January - December). |
Export Mode |
Select the export mode that will be used for each service
that runs as part of this schedule item.
Use Full Refresh mode when you want to export all the data for the exports referenced in the service. Choose either Net Change or Net Change with Deletes to export only those records that have changed since the last time the service was run. Use Net Change mode if your application does not allow records to be deleted from a file. Use the Net Change with Deletes mode if your application allows records to be deleted from a file. |
