This page is used to test a Kourier RESTful Web Services definition as described within a Kourier Standard Export Specification, and then generate a URL that can be used to invoke the RESTful Web Service.

Click the Get URL icon in the toolbar to test the RESTful Web Interface and generate a URL in the window that is displayed. You can copy the link and use it to call the Kourier RESTful Web Interface in your application. |

Click the Test icon in the toolbar to test the RESTful Web Interface and display the results of the data selection as defined using the data selection criteria entered in the fields on the page (eg., Sample Size, Record IDs, etc.) |

One or more Standard Export Specifications must have been defined prior to using this page. See the Kourier Integrator for U2 installation document for more information.
Field Name | Description - Usage - Notes |
Connection | Select a connection from the drop down list. If there's only one connection available, it will already be selected. |
Export | Select an Export to test form the drop down list. Only previously defined Standard Export Specifications will be displayed in the list. Click on the chain link icon to open the selected export displayed in the list. |
Sample Size | Optional. Enter a number for how many records to sample from the export. If no value is entered, all records will be sampled. |
Record IDs | Optional. Enter one or more record IDs to test, separated by commas. If no value is entered, all records will be processed up to the sample size. |
----- | One or more dynamic fields will be displayed depending on the definition of the RESTful Web service. Enter values for the corresponding fields to test the interface and view the results, see example below. |
F51 (State) | In this example, you could enter a state code (e.g., CA). |
F50 (City) | In this example, you could enter the name of a city. |
