Use the Export Specifications Listing to view both standard and SQL export specifications. Click on the Name of an export to view / edit the export specification.
Tip: You can also create new SQL Export Specifications while viewing the listing using the "Add" command located on the far right in the summary listing. To create a Standard Export Specification, use the New Std Export Specification menu item (Design | New Std Export Specification).
KT_EXPORTS/Export Name
You must have created one or more standard or SQL export specifications.
This report may be filtered using the following Quick Filters: Integration and Export Data File.
| Integration | This filter displays list of all Integrations used for existing export specifications. Selecting an Integration from the drop down list will display only export specifications that match the chosen integration. Select "(All)" to show all export specifications. Note, the chosen integration will be maintained when you view other listings with an integration filter. |
| Export Data File | This filter displays list of all Data Files used for existing export specifications. Selecting a Data File from the drop down list will display only export specifications that match the chosen data file. Select "(All)" to show all export specifications. Note, the chosen Data File will be maintained when you view other listings with an integration filter. |
| Name | A unique name for the export specification. By convention, exports are named using an Integration ID such as KS for KommerceServer, followed by an underscore and a string that describes its purpose (e.g., KS_CONTACTS) |
| Title | The user-defined name for the export specification. |
| Export Data File |
Displays the name of the data file used by the export specification to
select data records for exporting. |
| Enable Net Change | Displays Yes or No, indicating if Net Change is enabled on the export specification. |
| Export Type | This column displays either SQL or Standard to indicate the type of export that is defined. |
